Ruben Van De Kerchove

Education

Ruben Van De Kerchove (°1985, Bruges) is research assistant at the Department of Geography and holds a Master's degree in Geography (Ghent University). His PhD research is funded by the Institute for the Promotion of Innovation through Science and Technology in Flanders (IWT-Vlaanderen) and deals with permafrost monitoring and modeling in the Russian Altay Mountains by means of numerical models, field experiments and remote sensing data.
